Howard Dean keeps changing his campaign strategy and will now skip Michigan and focus on Wisconsin. This strategy is an interesting one albeit bizarre. Only time will tell if Dean will be successful or not. Sooner or later, Kerry is going to win the nomination or Dean is going to run out of states on which to “focus.”
