Coyote hunters spotted the first ever wolverine in Michigan. Despite being known as the Wolverine State, no one has ever trapped a wolverine in Michigan, and no one has even found a wolverine skeleton. After being treed, the wolverine made a thrity foot leap to the ground and took off across the snow — presumably towards Ann Arbor. In a related note, Jean Grey is still missing and presumed drowned.
