Ypsilanti was one of a dozen and a half or so cities to receive one of Michigan’s Cool Cities grants. The city will get $100K to improve the Riverside Arts Center and to partner with DTE to expand the project. Vacant office space will be turned into retail gallery, studio, office space, and additional area theater set production.

This cat has the right idea when it comes to what’s what.
