Finally one to put in the good news column.
The State of Michigan approved a grant for $80,290 to correct the lighting problems in the park as well as improve the landscaping. Kudos to Assistant City Manager Bob Bruner for his work.
Riverside Park Capital Improvement Project. It was recommended that Ypsilanti receive $80,290 to develop lighting, electrical updates, a playground and park landscaping to facilitate views of the Huron River corridor at Riverside Park.
