The Arizona Republic is reporting that Taser International is going after medical examiners who report “Taser” as the official cause of death on autopsies reports.

So much for independent scientific analysis.

In Summit County (Akron, Ohio), a judge has ordered the autopsy reports of two men be expunged of any reference to homocide or “electical pulse stimulation.” In a third report, the judge ordered that homocide, possibly death by asphixia, beatings or other factors be removed in favor of “undetermined.”

In totally unrelated news, a bill is working its way through the Michigan house that would allow citizens with a CCW permit to carry Tasers.

This is going to be so sweet.
